Client was waiting at a stoplight when the car behind him rear-ended his car as the light turned green.

Plaintiff was heading straight on Roscoe Blvd. when she was impacted head-on by the defendant. She is unsure which direction the defendant came from, but believes it might’ve been as he was pulling out of a gas station that was on the left-hand side.

The client was heading eastbound on a bike on Rinaldi St, nearing the intersection of Woodley Blvd, when a vehicle on his right, in the middle lane on Woodley Blvd, ran a red light, causing the client to hit the rear driver’s side bumper of the other party’s vehicle.
